Week 2 : Monday : Cool Running
Day 4 : 20 minutes – 5 min warm-up / 90 jogging / 120 walking
Total time: 14 minutes walking / 6 minutes jogging
This week it changed and the jogging went from 60 seconds to 90 seconds at a time. I ran/walked the same amount just in longer groups. The last 90 seconds was tough but I know that will work itself out by end of week. Didn’t really want to do this today… I was even late. I’ve been trying to get up at 6:30a to walk/run but didn’t get going until 7:00a. Interesting the thought that kept me going was “I’m going to have to blog this.. and it’s only week 2.. can’t not have a post.”… LOL! So I guess tracking this on my blog is helping hold myself accountable.
