Week 1: Friday: Cool Running
Day 3 : 20 minutes – 5 min warm-up / 60 jogging / 90 walking
Total time: 14 minutes walking / 6 minutes jogging
I “finished” the ChiWalking book. It’s really hard to pick up form like that from a book. I think they have a video but it was really expensive. Haven’t got to the ChiRunning book yet. Was hoping to read a little outside today. But as of right now, it is raining. It’s also supposed to be HOT today… so rain already… hot already… getting HOTTER… not sure if I’ll make it outside for my hour or not.
